It doesn’t matter how old you are, what size you are or how many hours a day you spend running after children – as a woman you sometimes forget that once upon a time you were an individual and a sexpot!

Admit it, even now you’re thinking that you would never get back to the sensational knock out that you were before babies, husbands and housework? (Or is that just me?)  Well, I wanted to and even though I had some reservations – I did something that woke up my Inner Goddess!

I often start off my rants with I am a mom and I do this because of all my achievements, this is the one I am proudest of – and it wasn’t even part of my life plan either.  As a mom, I have the amazing privilege of watching my son grow and develop into the person he is becoming and although I’d love to take all of the credit, I know that there are many influencing factors involved.

One such factor is our PC.

With October being breast cancer awareness month, I thought that I would share the 5 steps on how to perform a self examination on your breasts.  Keep those girls safe and check regularly – breast cancer is a sneaky ol’ devil but if spotted early can be stopped in it’s tracks!
